Mission
To connect young Africans aged 15–30 to skills, the marketplace and to God — through vocational training, enterprise, professional mentorship and spiritual formation that produces all-rounded individuals of integrity.

Grounded Generation Foundation
Equipped with Skills. Thriving in the Marketplace. Grounded in Faith.
We walk with young Africans aged 15–30 — equipping them with market-relevant skills, launching them into the marketplace through enterprise and opportunity, mentoring them professionally, and forming their faith and character so they become all-rounded individuals of purpose.
Who We Are
Across Kenya and Africa, over 70% of the population is under 35 — a generation full of potential, yet facing youth unemployment as high as 67%, a widening skills gap, limited mentorship, and few pathways into real opportunity or faith formation.
Most programmes tackle these in isolation — training, or jobs, or discipleship alone. Grounded Generation Foundation exists to bring them together: we equip young Africans aged 15–30 with market-relevant skills, launch them into the marketplace, mentor them professionally, and ground them in faith and values — producing all-rounded individuals of integrity and purpose.
